Amir Ronen is the Chief Scientist of Spark Beyond. His main interests lie on the border of machine learning and algorithms. He is often fascinated by deep mathematical ideas that have far reaching practical implications. Amir did his Ph.D. at the Hebrew University under the supervision of Noam Nisan. He was a postdoctoral research fellow at Stanford University and UC Berkeley, a faculty member at the Technion, and a researcher at IBM. Amir received various prestigious awards including the Gödel prize for pioneering work on algorithmic game theory, the IJCAI-JAIR award, and the Wolf prize for Ph.D. Students.

Eynat is a leading HR executive with over 15 years of experience guiding human resources strategies, practices, and operations. Eynat is responsible for leading all aspects of Sparkbeyond’s people strategy including recruiting, compensation, benefits, learning and development, internal communications and employee engagement. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from Haifa University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting from Bar-Ilan University.

Yossi Hermush is an entrepreneur and a high-tech executive with a 20 years track record of success in building teams and product-lead-growth businesses across the FinTech, eCommerce, and Telecom industries. Yossi specializes in delivering innovative products based on advanced generative AI, machine/deep learning and big data. Yossi held positions among other in the Citi Innovation Labs, Amdocs, and Discretix. Yossi co-founded Veon and Adamind and commanded an R&D team in the IDF's elite technology unit. Yossi holds an M.Sc in Computer Sciences from Tel-Aviv University.
